Through the contact form on this site we collect only the data you provide voluntarily:

We do not collect data through analytics or advertising cookies.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed solely to answer your contact request and for any commercial follow-up arising from it. The legal basis is your consent, given through the form’s checkbox, under Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

4. Retention period

We retain your data for 24 months from the last contact, unless you request its deletion earlier or a legal obligation requires longer retention.

5. Processors and transfers

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc., based in the United States, acting as processor and storing submissions on behalf of 3A. This transfer is made under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Website hosting is provided by Vercel Inc.

6. Your rights

You may at any time and free of charge exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, as well as withdraw your consent. To do so, simply write to geral@3acapital.pt.

If you believe the processing of your data does not comply with applicable law, you may lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), the supervisory authority in Portugal.
